As the Director of Mentorship, I work to help the women in our club meet and connect with each other. I start each semester by placing students in pairs based on their majors and interests. Then, I create fun activities that encourage connection among the pairs of students. The goal of this program is to help our members develop meaningful, lasting relationships that will help them grow personally and professionally.
