Membership

Although WIB is a Chambers College associated organization, students from all majors are welcome to join and attend our meetings! Additionally, we focus on issues that are important to women, but we also love to see our allies come to meetings, even if they do not identify as female.

Our organization has a $20 yearly due; however, payment of the due is optional. For Fall 2021, to receive all paid member benefits, pay your dues by Sept 13. 

Collected dues are used to fund WIB events, such as to pay for guest speakers. You have the choice to pay $20 for the year or just $10 for the semester.

Additionally, paid members receive extra benefits such as

• The ability to join a committee
• The ability to run for an officer position
• Free or reduced price merchandise
• Participation in our mentorship program
• Resume and Handshake Designation
• Exclusive Events

Again, this due is not required, and members can still have a great experience with WIB without a paid membership.

How to pay dues

You can pay dues through check or cash in person or to our mailbox listed below.

Please include with the cash or check the following description: 

• Full name
• Your mix email
• Requested T-shirt Size
• "Fall 2021 Dues" or "Full-year Dues"

1. Check made out to Women in Business
